NYC Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking proposals from qualified developers or qualified end users with development capabilities for the disposition and redevelopment of Federal Building #2, a 1.1 million square-foot, eight story vacant building and an adjacent lot of approximately 100,000 square feet located in Sunset Park; the site is within the Southwest Brooklyn Industrial Business Zone (IBZ).

Proposals that are predominately industrial and preserve the current zoning over the long term are preferred, however, projects that require a zoning change may be considered.
