Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz delivered his 2010 State of the Borough address last night at the newly‐opened renovated YMCA Sports Complex at Park Slope Armory.  The event was cablecast live on BCAT TV (Time Warner 56, Cablevision 69, RCN 84 and in all five boroughs on Verizon 44) and also was streamed live online on Brooklyn Independent Television's (BIT) Web site.  Encore performances will be cablecast on BCAT on February 5, 9, and 16, at 2 p.m. and 10 p.m.  As of February 5, on-demand video of the address will be available at BIT.
