The focus of the program is to expand business opportunities for vendors, especially minority and woman-owned firms, by providing streamlined information about public contracting and purchasing opportunities while fostering business-to-business exchanges and partnerships in the private sector.

- Buyer Support - Brooklyn Connects provides companies and agencies looking for products and services with resources and consultative services to identify firms that meet their requirements.
- Vendor Support – including access to our online bid opportunities calendar, one-on-one technical assistance, email news alerts about bid opportunities, both private and public, and access to information about contractor training opportunities.
- MWBE Certification – Brooklyn Connects helps minority and woman-owned businesses with the M/WBE certification process including: M/WBE certification requirements, application assistance, and a review your application package.
