How to Post on ibrooklyn.com

Each Brooklyn Chamber member has a listing in the Online Member Directory, can post events on our Member Calendar, and can post Member-To-Member Discounts on goods and services. Members receive login credentials upon joining the Brooklyn Chamber. Please contact Lizzie Cofrancesco at ecofrancesco@brooklynchamber.com if you need assistance with your login credentials.
 

To post an event on the Member Calendar, follow these steps:

  1. Login by clicking the gold person icon in the upper right-hand corner of this screen.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click “Submit an Event” from the menu on the left.
  4. Fill in appropriate information and click “Submit Event.”
  5. Await an email from the Brooklyn Chamber saying that the event has been approved.
  6. If you need to make edits to an event posting, please email Lizzie Cofrancesco at ecofrancesco@brooklynchamber.com with the necessary changes.
     

To add a Member-To-Member Discount, follow these steps:

  1. Login by clicking the gold person icon in the upper right-hand corner of this screen.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click “Add A Coupon” from the menu on the left.
  4. Click “New Coupon” and fill in appropriate information.
  5. Once information is entered, click Save.
  6. If you need to make edits to an existing coupon, log in and click Edit next to the appropriate coupon. Make the necessary changes, and then click Save.
     

To edit your listing in the Member Directory, follow these steps:

  1. Login by clicking the gold person icon in the upper right-hand corner of this screen.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click “Update Your Contact Information” from the menu on the left.
  4. Update individuals’ contact information on this screen.
  5. To edit your listing in the Member Directory, click “Edit My Profile” and make the appropriate changes. Click Save.
  6. Await an email from the Brooklyn Chamber saying that the changes have been approved.
